Wednesday night Tami and I went with Tim and Jeanne downtown to see a performance of the play, “Plainsong.” We rode the light rail to and from the theater complex on a bitterly cold night. Our tickets were courtesy of mom and Vern, who volunteer as ushers.

The Liberty Memorial is home to the nation’s World War I Museum. Wow, what a treasure this place is. Dad, me, Brit, Daner, Manda, and Becca, took a trip into the city on Friday after Thanksgiving to see the Museum. If you’re ever in the area, do yourself a favor and try to see it.
