Exercise, Homecoming, and OU-CU
I’ve continued with the current exercise plan to focus on swimming. I took Monday off (too much English Premier League with Eric on Sunday.) On Tuesday I swam 2500 yards, Wednesday was 2250, Thursday was a 45 minute bike ride, and this morning was a 2200 yard swim.
Amanda’s Volleyball team had games Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, and they went 1-2. Tonight is the Heritage Homecoming football game and Amanda and Becca are going to the dance Saturday night.
Brittany and Danielle are going to the Oklahoma vs. Colorado football game on Saturday in Boulder. They will be wearing Crimson and Cream.

Ah, your folks spilled the beans on your blog, so I found it! And I’m delighted to see you have entries on bicycling. I, too, have biking entries on my blog. Photos aren’t as nice as yours, but check them out–

Hi,
Your folks spilled the beans and mentioned your blog, so I found it. I, too, have a blog–I post items on biking, too. My photos aren’t as good as yours, and the formatting is terrible on my blog (I am currently trying to migrate a lot of it to a new wiki I have set up)…but you’ll get the idea…..

Hello,
Thanks for commenting and joining in on the fun. I must admit that I am a terrible person to person communicator. Pardon the gap between your comment and my reply. I pleased that you and your son (Benjamin?) were able to visit with my dad in Lexington. Warm wishes for your jolly-days.
